Some of the members of our
Illinois Interest Group
will be bringing their favorite Websites for researching in Cook County When we meet on Saturday, May 14th At the GFO¹s Higgins Room At 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Their focus will be Cook County and Chicago, of course...
But they will also be presenting Sites and Hints about Researching That will apply to your counties as well, wherever they are.
Please know that this will help you with your research too.
Chicago extends far beyond the Cook County line now.
And all people will be looking for the same kinds of information, No matter the County of Records With which they are working.
If you ³non-Cook² folks have a particularly good website Or a method for getting through to Information that will help your research in your own county, Bring that with you too!
Together we should arrive at
a large collection of places to look!
All are welcome. Bring along a friend who may be becoming interested in genealogy.
