Spencer Leonard file added to on-line indexes

19,945 index entries to the Spencer Leonard Manuscript Collection, the Annotated Spencer File, the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, and some Newspaper articles, have been added to the on-line Indexes. These entries point to sources that mention CW veterans who served in, lived in, or passed through Oregon. The index to these collections was created by dedicated GFO members Eileen Chamberlin and Jim Rogers.

This brings the total number of index entries to over 319,000. Keep checking back for more additions. The GFO hopes to aid in your research and wishes you the best of luck in finding your ancestors.
